iPhone has been criticized time and again for its lack of accessible features like Copy&Paste, Bluetooth file transfer, Video recording via camera, Sms forwarding, single sms deletion, single call log deletion etc. Many expected these to be rectified by the iPhone firmware 2.0, but it never happened! Another pure basic and probably the one that hurts Apple iPhone the most is the restricted Bluetooth functionality. While most of the other defects have been covered up 3rd Party apps, this still remains an issue!
We had heard before that iPhoneBluetooth.tk team is working hard to openup the iPhone bluetooth. But seems like iBlueToothProject is doing better. Apparently this cydia app SweetTooth lets you scan Bluetooth devices in your range. While it is just silly to have a bluetooth app that does nothing at the moment but just search bluetooth devices in your area, this is probably a concrete and the first step towards having a solution for Stereo Music over bluetooth (i.e. AD2P) as well as file transfer via bluetooth.
Ps: Sweet Tooth is currently crashing on our iPhone v2.1. Shall check on iPhone v2.2 and update shortly. It only works on firmware version 2.2
